Meal plan and nutritional advice approved by Health Divine Dietitian Peter St Henry  an APD (Accredited Practising Dietitian). Nutritional information provided on the Website is also taken from sources provided by third parties. Jeanette Maynes or any other provider of nutritional information on the website gives any warranty that the information is free from error or suitable for your purposes. Before relying on any nutritional information on the website, you should carefully weigh up the completeness, accuracy  and importance of this information for your purposes. Consider obtaining appropriate expert advice relevant to your circumstances.

FITNESS LEVEL & INFORMATION:

A moderate level of fitness is required to follow the exercise programs, though if starting out you can work at your own pace. Participants are responsible to seek independent advice and make their own inquiries from a healthcare professional before acting on any material or information obtained through our website as it may not be suitable to your particular circumstances.

The following participants should first consult a healthcare professional before using any of the information on the website or participating in any exercise program or regime:

  • persons suffering from long term illness, cancer or any ongoing physical condition or are recovering from | recently recovered from injury or illness
