I am educating people on what I have taught myself over the past years to lose weight, keep in shape, maintain your healthy goal weight, look and feel great plus achieve happiness and self-respect. The information you learn will be beneficial forever. There is a meal plan (approved by an Accredited Practising Dietitian) and also an exercise plan that I have designed as a qualified Personal Trainer. You must follow both plans.

Most foods are ok in moderation, even chocolate; it’s not that it’s not good for you, it’s just that it is high in calories so must be eaten in moderation.
